All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

- Materials defects (e.g., cracking, fading, peeling under normal use within the warranty period)
- Production errors (e.g., incorrect size, wrong design, missing personalization per your approved proof)
- Items that arrive damaged due to shipping transit
2.2 Extended Warranty for Registered Accounts (90 Days)
Customers with a registered yazv.com account receive an extended 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. Coverage is the same as the standard warranty.
3. What's NOT Covered by This Warranty
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Customer misuse: Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear: Natural fading, minor scratches, or wear that occurs over time with regular use
- Modifications: Damage resulting from alterations made to the product after delivery
- Incorrect care: Damage caused by failing to follow product care instructions
- Design errors by the customer: Incorrect spelling, wrong text, or design choices — even if approved in the design proof stage
- Color variations: Minor differences between the product display and the actual item due to monitor settings or printing processes
- Shipping damage after delivery: We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the package has been marked as "Delivered"
