Glue & drills are good, however the colors are not the same as the picture provided. My photo was with a lot of different shades of green & it was sent with grays & light pinks. Others I’ve gotten through these customs haven’t been better. Hopefully this is a one off.

The product was delivered faster than I expected. Some areas of the canvas were blurry making it hard to determine the letters. Most were not. The use of letters that are similar such as "Q" and "O" were also a bit of a challenge. The kit had everything I needed, and as a whole I enjoyed it.

Really nice quality, just be sure to make your image large and central since it’s going to be pixelated by their software; it’s just the nature of the medium. Lots of colors and very sticky backing. Would order again! Just be prepared as it ships from China but came in about 8 days from order.

I sent a picture of our dog and when I began working on the picture I saw that part of her body was to be green. I sent a message to the seller and they said it was an "enhancement" and to finish the picture and I'd probably like the result. Our dog died 6 months ago and i didn't want the remembrance picture of her with part of her body green. They asked me if I would send a totally different picture to them l, and they would make and sendcthat picture to me free of charge vehich I did. I got the package today and totally love it! I could not be more pleased with this new picture. I will order from this seller again in the future.
