1. Our Commitment to Quality

Every product from yazv.com is produced with care and undergoes quality inspection before leaving our facility. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage and limitations for products purchased from www.yazv.com.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Standard Warranty (30 Days from Delivery)

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken seams, structural failures, missing components)
  • Materials defects (e.g., cracking, fading, peeling under normal use within the warranty period)
  • Production errors (e.g., incorrect size, wrong design, missing personalization per your approved proof)
  • Items that arrive damaged due to shipping transit

2.2 Extended Warranty for Registered Accounts (90 Days)

Customers with a registered yazv.com account receive an extended 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. Coverage is the same as the standard warranty.

3. What's NOT Covered by This Warranty

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Customer misuse: Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear: Natural fading, minor scratches, or wear that occurs over time with regular use
  • Modifications: Damage resulting from alterations made to the product after delivery
  • Incorrect care: Damage caused by failing to follow product care instructions
  • Design errors by the customer: Incorrect spelling, wrong text, or design choices — even if approved in the design proof stage
  • Color variations: Minor differences between the product display and the actual item due to monitor settings or printing processes
  • Shipping damage after delivery: We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the package has been marked as "Delivered"
⚠️ Custom & Personalized Products: Because each custom product is made specifically for you based on your submitted design, we cannot offer returns or refunds for custom items due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or design errors on the customer's part. Please review your design proof carefully before approving.

4. Warranty Claims Process

If your product is defective or was produced incorrectly, please follow these steps:

Contact us within the warranty period — Email us at contact@yazv.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item (front, back, and close-up of the defect area).

We review your claim — Our quality team will review your photos and information. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. In some cases, we may request additional photos.

We offer a resolution — Once your claim is approved, we'll offer one of: (a) a replacement product, (b) a store credit for the value of the item, or (c) a partial/full refund.

Replacement or refund is processed — For replacements, we'll produce and ship the corrected item at no additional cost to you. For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Important Conditions for Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period (30 days for standard accounts, 90 days for registered accounts)
  • Photos or other evidence of the defect are required for all warranty claims
  • One warranty claim is permitted per item — multiple claims for the same item are not accepted
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or not in compliance with this policy

7. Shipping Damage

Do not discard the packaging. If your item arrives visibly damaged (e.g., crushed box, broken item inside), please take photos immediately upon opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
