These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern all purchases, orders, and business relationships between HongKong Zhige Tech Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you" or "your") through the website www.yazv.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these T&C in full. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
These T&C should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these T&C govern commercial transactions.

2. Orders & Acceptance
By completing the checkout process and clicking "Place Order," you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the goods and/or services listed in your order. Your order is only accepted when we send you a written order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders where the product is out of stock, pricing is listed incorrectly, the order is flagged for suspected fraud, or the customer has violated these T&C.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any payment already made in full.
3. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, pricing, and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that the display on your monitor accurately reflects the final product due to variations in monitor calibration, printing processes, and material batches.
All dimensions and specifications listed on product pages are approximate. Minor variations within acceptable industry tolerances are not considered defects.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders
4.1 Design Submission
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any design, artwork, text, photograph, or other content you submit for a custom product:
- Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Is accurate and complete as you intend it to appear on the final product
4.2 Design Proofs
Before producing most custom orders, we provide a digital design proof for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for spelling, grammar, layout, color accuracy, and overall correctness. Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
4.3 Production Timeline
Production timelines begin from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt, or from the date of design proof approval — whichever is later. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation but are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
The following fees are not included in the listed product price and will be calculated and added at checkout:
- Shipping and handling fees
- Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.)
- Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders)
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for bulk orders. All payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
If your payment is declined or fails, we will notify you and hold your order for 48 hours to allow you to retry payment. If payment is not received within that window, the order will be cancelled automatically.
7. Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership of goods transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit after they have been handed to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, our Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders. Custom and personalized items are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects, production errors, or items damaged during shipping.
9. Warranties
Our Warranty Policy governs warranty claims for all products. Unless otherwise stated, we provide no additional warranties beyond what is described in the Warranty Policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HongKong Zhige Tech Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these T&C, your use of this website, your submitted designs, any intellectual property infringement related to your design, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these T&C if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, carrier delays, customs issues, or failures of third-party systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, the United States, and the laws of the country or region where the order giving rise to the claim was placed.
13. Intellectual Property — Our Rights
All pre-existing designs, graphics, logos, templates, tools, and software used in the production of your custom order — including production processes and manufacturing know-how — remain the exclusive property of HongKong Zhige Tech Limited or its licensors. Placing a custom order does not transfer any ownership of our proprietary production assets to you.
14. Account & User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on our website.
15. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
- One promotional code per order unless explicitly stated
- Promotional codes cannot be applied to custom orders already in production
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice
16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed from these T&C. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through negotiation.
18. Entire Agreement
These T&C, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HongKong Zhige Tech Limited.
19. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. The updated T&C will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website and placement of subsequent orders after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C.
