1. Overview

At yazv.com, we aim to deliver your custom and personalized products as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our production facilities. Shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

2. Processing Time

All orders require a processing/production period before shipment:

  • Standard products: 1–3 business days
  • Custom & personalized products: 3–7 business days
  • Complex or large-format custom orders: 7–14 business days
  • Bulk / wholesale orders: May vary — you'll receive a confirmed production timeline by email

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer than usual. We'll notify you of any significant delays.

4. Domestic vs. International Shipping

United States (Domestic)

Orders shipped within United States typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment. No customs duties apply.

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS.

⚠️ Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for information on import restrictions and duty rates before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number, a direct link to the carrier's tracking page, and the estimated delivery date.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your yazv.com account and viewing your order history. If your tracking information hasn't updated within the estimated window, please allow 2–3 additional business days before contacting us.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions, selected shipping method, and number of items. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders — see the promotion terms for eligibility details.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@yazv.com with your order number. Address changes can only be made before the order enters production or is shipped.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notification card, hold the package at a local depot or post office for a specified period (usually 5–14 days), and return the package to us if unclaimed.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at your cost) or issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, building reception, or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf
  • Wait 48 hours — in rare cases, the tracking status may update after the physical delivery
  • Contact us at contact@yazv.com with your order number and tracking details

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Investigation timelines vary by carrier (typically 5–15 business days).

10. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large-volume orders (bulk/wholesale), standard shipping rates may not apply. We work with dedicated freight and logistics partners for large shipments. After placing your bulk order, we'll send you a confirmed shipping quote and estimated delivery window before proceeding with production.
