– HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER –
1. Please choose the size of the stamp (acrylic stamps are equipped with handles by default).
2. Send us a draft of your design in a message, or directly to our email address:

3. We will make a drawing for you to confirm after receiving your email. Please reply to us as soon as possible after you receive the email so that we can arrange the production for you earlier.
Attention!!! We will only start production and shipping once we have your approval.
– TIPS –
Here’s the important
PDF, PNG or JPG files are fine. Try to avoid word documents as we tend to lose your designs when we download and open them, so try to avoid sending word documents. The larger and clearer the image you send me, the more visible the details of your design will be on the stamp!
We do not accept rush orders, please allow plenty of time before placing your order!
– TRANSPORTATION TIME –
We will start preparation according to the time you place your order. It takes approximately 2-5 working days from production to delivery.
After confirming shipment
Shipping to the US takes 5-11 days,
Shipping to the UK takes 4-9 days,
and further afield may take 10-20 days.
Shipping time depends on your area.
We would appreciate it if you would allow more time for production and shipping.
