1/Contact Me: Please send reference pictures and select the hair fabric of your choice from the product list for a preliminary consultation
2/Doll Orders:
ℹ️Preparation: After purchase, please provide your original doll design and customization requirements.
ℹ️Production progress: I will confirm the color and fabric selection with you, and take photos to provide you with feedback on the production progress during the production process
ℹ️Pre-Shipping Confirmation: Before shipping, I will send photos of the completed plush toys.Then I will ship it.
Please Provide the Following Details:
✨ Extras: Embroidery on body/feet/hands, animal tails, animal ears, etc.
Additional Notes:
🧸 Each doll is handmade, ensuring a one-of-a-kind product.
🖌️ Draft artwork for embroidery will be confirmed with you before production.
💵 A modification fee of $10 will apply for each embroidery design change.
👗 The price covers only the custom doll. If you need custom clothing, please inquire separately.
❗ Orders are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations are not allowed after the design process has started.
